Salt Lake Realty Group
The Salt Lake City skyline with the Wasatch mountains behind it on a crisp morning

The story behind the broker.

An economist by training, a real estate professional by calling. Robert Embley has spent more than a decade and a half helping people buy and sell homes along Utah's Wasatch Front.

Who I am

Robert Embley, Founder and Principal Broker.

Robert Embley is the Founder and Principal Broker of Salt Lake Realty Group, helping home buyers and sellers across Utah's Wasatch Front. He holds a BA in Economics from Fordham University, earned his Utah real estate license in 2010, and became a licensed Principal Broker when he founded the company in 2015.

His career began as a sales agent, a chapter that taught him the fundamentals of the market, the neighborhoods, and the people who live in them. That experience shaped the way he works today: lead with the data, communicate with clarity, and treat every client like a neighbor.

At Salt Lake Realty Group, Robert leads a team built on the same principle. Clients get an agent who reads the market signals, an approach that is calm under pressure, and a broker who cares about the outcome long after closing day.

"Data driven, thoughtful, and empathetic. That is how I describe my approach, and it is how I hope every client would describe working with me."

What I stand for

Three words that run through every deal.

Data driven

Economics trained, Robert builds every recommendation on real market signals: sold comparables, pricing trends, and neighborhood data.

Thoughtful

Big decisions deserve careful consideration. He explains the numbers in plain language and never pushes a timeline that is not right for you.

Empathetic

Buying or selling a home is personal. Robert listens first, meets you where you are, and treats the transaction like a relationship.
